PathLab Software runs the B2B side of a pathology lab: each collection centre, franchise or hospital that sends samples gets its own rate list, a running credit ledger with monthly statements, a centre login to see its samples and reports, and printed transfer manifests that the hub ticks off tube by tube. Outsourced samples to a reference lab are tracked the same way.
Fits: Chain (₹7,999/month, up to 10 branches); B2B accounts and ledgers also work on Pro. Read the collection centres and b2b use case →
PathLab Software Chain runs up to 10 branches and collection centres on one test master and one patient record: samples registered at a branch are processed at the hub, each centre prints its own report header, and the owner sees turnaround time, branch and centre P&L, reagent cost and test profitability on one analytics page. It costs ₹7,999 a month plus GST with unlimited users and visits.
Fits: Chain (₹7,999/month + GST, up to 10 branches, unlimited users and visits). Read the multi-branch chains use case →
PathLab Software can run the pathology lab inside a hospital or nursing home alongside the hospital management system (HMS): the HMS sends orders and receives results through the REST API, the lab gets analyzer interfacing, internal QC, critical-value calls with an acknowledgement log and ABDM care-context linking. It does not replace an HMS for wards, pharmacy or IP billing.
Fits: Pro (₹3,999/month) for one lab; Chain for hospital groups. Read the hospital labs use case →
