PathLab Software is pathology lab software from Coimbatore that takes a sample from barcode to signed WhatsApp report without anyone retyping a number.
Why is it called PathLab Software?
The name says exactly what the product does: software for pathology labs. PathLab Software connects the lab, the patient and the referring doctor in one flow, from the barcode printed at the front desk to the signed report on WhatsApp. There is nothing to decode, which is also how we want the product to feel.
Who is PathLab Software for?
Standalone pathology and diagnostic labs, collection centres that send samples to a hub, and small chains of up to 10 branches. Plans are sized by patient visits a month: 300 (Basic), 1,500 (Pro) or unlimited (Chain). Many labs in this group still run on Excel, Word templates or desktop software from the 2000s.
What we believe
A 60-patient-a-day lab deserves the same analyzer interfacing, audit trail and WhatsApp delivery as a large chain, at a price it can pay monthly and leave any month. That is why PathLab Software has published prices from ₹1,999, no setup fee and a free full data export on request.
How we work with labs
Setup is done with you, not handed to you: we load your test master and referrer rate lists, set your report header and pathologist signature, connect analyzers over a screen share and train staff in Tamil or English. Support runs on WhatsApp and phone from Coimbatore, in Indian working hours.
Our honesty rules
PathLab Software is a new product, so we do not publish customer counts, ratings or testimonials we cannot show you. Competitor comparisons are dated and based on public pages, and we correct them when told. We never say "NABL certified" or "NABL-ready", because NABL accredits labs, not software, and we publish which features are live, partial or planned.
Who builds it
PathLab Software is built by AvanceZone in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. AvanceZone runs WhatsApp, SMS and voice infrastructure for Indian businesses. PathLab Software puts that messaging experience into one lab product priced for the small labs that run most of India's diagnostics. It is new: the analyzer pipeline is simulator-tested and every analyzer is validated on site at go-live.
