Terms of service
Last updated 1 October 2026 · Applies to PathLab Software by AvanceZone
1. Agreement
These terms govern use of PathLab Software provided by AvanceZone. By creating a workspace or using the Service you accept them on behalf of your organisation.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your users, their credentials and all activity in your workspace. You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited marketing in breach of TRAI/TCPA rules, unlawful content, or to store data you have no right to process. We may suspend workspaces that threaten the security or reputation of the platform, with notice where practical.
3. Subscriptions, usage and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance. WhatsApp report delivery and critical-value calls are included in the plan; optional usage items (such as SMS) are charged at cost from a prepaid wallet. Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST in India). Trials convert to a paid plan only when you choose one; unpaid workspaces become read-only after the trial. See the Refund policy.
4. Your data
You own your customer content. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and back it up to provide the Service. We process personal data under our Privacy policy and, for regulated customers, a Data Processing Agreement or Business Associate Agreement on request. We export your data on request at no charge.
5. Messaging and telephony
Channel providers (Meta, telecom carriers, DLT registrars) have their own policies and approval processes. Template approval, number availability and delivery are subject to those providers. You are responsible for obtaining recipient consent and for the content of messages and calls.
6. Availability and support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support is by email and WhatsApp on business days; response targets depend on plan.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and branding belong to AvanceZone. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell it except under a written partner agreement.
8. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Clinical, financial and quality decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals using the Service. Automated outputs such as flags, delta checks, critical-value calls and report explainers support, and never replace, the judgement of the pathologist and the treating clinician or the lab's duty to communicate critical results. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your lab, including NABL requirements if you seek accreditation, ABDM registration if you link to ABDM, and rules on payments to referring doctors.
9. Termination
You may cancel any time from Billing settings; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for breach with 14 days' notice to cure. Data is available for export for 30 days after termination, then deleted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India with courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction (US customers of Clinic Answering Service: Delaware law and courts). Contact: info@radiatus.com.
